You are here

Thank you for your support of the Hawaiʻi Diving Program. The financial boost from our generous donors has helped us develop the University of Hawaiʻi diving team into one of the finest college diving teams in the country.

Since 2005, two Rainbow Wahine have become NCAA Champions, while a total of six different male and female divers have been named All Americans while placing in the Top 4 places at the NCAA Championships. Emma Friesen was named the Joe Kearney Award winner in 2008 and 2011 as the top female athlete in the WAC among all sports. The University of Hawaiʻi honored Friesen with the Jack Bonham Award in 2011, which is given to the top UH Senior Scholar Athlete.

Financial support supplied by UH Foundation gifts to the Diving Program have enabled us to raise the quality of our facilities and have provided summer school scholarships and other diving program support. We all appreciate the kind hearted generosity that we have experienced among our family of friends.

Mahalo!
